Best Pressing Tips
Before You Press
Follow these quick preparation steps for
the best transfer results:
Step 1 — Prep the Garment
Pre-press the garment for 5–7 seconds
to eliminate moisture and wrinkles.
Step 2 — Position Your Transfer
Place your DTF transfer on the desired
application area.
Step 3 — Apply Recommended Settings
Use the material chart below to select the correct temperature, pressure, and press time.
Step 4 — Warm Peel
Allow the transfer to cool before peeling the film.
Recommended cooling time: 10–20 seconds.
Step 5 — Final Press (Highly Recommended)
Cover the transfer with a silicone-infused parchment paper, Pellon Buckram or a clean white t-shirt.
Then repress for approximately half of the original press time for a softer, more professional finish.
