Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly made.
Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design, sizing, or printing flaws).
Items must be unused and in the original condition for refunds to be processed.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at service@brooklyntransfers.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
Attach clear photos of the item(s) in question if applicable.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
