Such a great find for NYC makers, especially if you offer rush production. I compared a few local DTF printers, and one of the biggest advantages here was the 34" gang sheet width—most of the other NYC options I found were only around 22–22.5". I was able to fit so much more onto one sheet and get much better value out of the space.
Pickup was super easy, and they even offer an after-hours pickup option, which is incredibly convenient. As a small business owner who also offers rush production, it’s great to have a local DTF printer that can move just as quickly when I need them to. The woman running it was also incredibly sweet and helpful.
I also really appreciated that I was able to press everything successfully with my Cricut heat press, so this is definitely accessible even if you don’t have a full-size professional heat press. Definitely include a tester in your sheet so you can dial in the right settings for your equipment if you aren't using a commercial-grade press. I needed more heat and pressure than the initial instructions suggested with mine, but once I adjusted, everything pressed beautifully.
Overall, great value, fast turnaround, flexible pickup, and really versatile for small-business and home setups. I’ll absolutely use them again.
Excellent customer service. During the quality check Victoria caught an overlapped image on one number. Immediately reached out to question it, then began to correct the issue. I was unable to get to the file for a few hours, she corrected it on their end and still got it shipped that same day. Couldn’t be happier with the transfers.
Excellent customer service! The staff was friendly, helpful, and very considerate. The products are high quality, and I’m very satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend Brooklyn Transfer!
Great service and really quick turnaround! Maria has saved me a lot of time with my rush orders. I truly appreciate her responsiveness and efficiency. Highly recommended!
